What Was involved

Working in partnership with a long-standing and highly respected developer on an exclusive collection of nine 5-bedroom luxury homes in the heart of Berkshire, we were tasked with creating a comprehensive and future-proof smart home infrastructure. Our brief was to design and implement an intelligent lighting control system, providing each property with a modern, energy-efficient, and user-friendly solution that could be tailored to the lifestyle of future homeowners.

In addition, we pre-wired every room to accommodate multi-room music systems, ensuring seamless distributed audio can be integrated at any time. The cabling infrastructure was also prepared for full CCTV coverage, offering the potential for advanced security installations without the need for intrusive retrofitting. To support modern living, we installed a robust wired and wireless network backbone, with carefully positioned access points to guarantee strong, reliable Wi-Fi throughout each property.

We also pre-installed wiring for video distribution to every room, enabling homeowners to enjoy ultra-high-definition content across the property from a centralised source. This approach means that, should the new owners wish to upgrade their homes with full automation, multi-room AV, or enhanced security, the systems can be implemented quickly and efficiently, without any disruption to the pristine finish of these luxury residences. The result is a discreetly embedded, high-spec infrastructure that enhances both the functionality and long-term value of each home.
