What Was Involved

We collaborated with a long-standing developer on an exclusive project consisting of nine 5-bedroom luxury homes in the heart of Berkshire. Our role was to design and implement a future-proof smart home infrastructure that combined elegance with functionality.

The project involved creating an intelligent lighting system for each home, providing flexible control, energy efficiency, and the ability to tailor lighting scenes to the lifestyle of future owners. Every room was carefully pre-wired for multi-room music, allowing seamless integration of high-quality distributed audio systems at any time.

In addition, we installed infrastructure for full CCTV coverage, ensuring that advanced security systems could be implemented without retrofitting or disruption. The homes were also prepared with robust wired and wireless network cabling, including strategically placed access points to guarantee reliable Wi-Fi throughout each property. Furthermore, all rooms were pre-wired for video distribution, enabling ultra-high-definition content to be delivered anywhere in the home from a central source.

This approach ensures that if new homeowners wish to upgrade their properties with advanced automation, audio-visual systems, or security enhancements, it can be done efficiently, discreetly, and without affecting the finished interiors. The result is a high-spec, flexible smart home platform that enhances both convenience and long-term value for each residence.
