The Brief

To Design and install a state of the art Control4 home automation system for a new renovation property in the heart of Chelsea. Client was keen to include as much energy saving technologies.

27 audio zones, THX REF Kef Dolby atmos Cinema room, Garden 5.1 cinema room, Living room surround 3.1 system, 2 door entry with 6 touch screens, 10 CCTV cameras with NVR, 80 Circuits of smart lighing with 30 smart keypads, Automated blinds, Universal remote controls, Distributed video 4k Zones, UFH and AC controls, garage and door controls, hard wired netwok with WAPs to cover the whole project.

Control4 main controller and 11 room controllers, 4 Araknis Network swiches with 7 WAPS, Anthem 8 Zone amp, 2 x Control4 amps, 3 Triad ones, 3 pairs Gallo pendant speakers, Marantz AVR, Yamaha AVR, Episode mini AVR, 14 x Triad 8" Ceiling Speakers, 8 x Control4 SR260 x Halo remotes, HD Anywhere 10 X 10 Video Matrix, Various Video sources, SKY, Apple TV, roku, Sheild TV, Video Servers. 10 x 4K Screens, 3 Racks, Philips Hue Lighting. Bond Bridge for Ceiling Fans, Heatmiser for UFH.

What is the clients favourite part

All the bits i did not know we would have , one press and all the blinds come down, leave the house the all off buttons turns everything off, and all the features in the garden with the lighing and pond control makes the house a pleasure to live in, its my dream house now.
